Our class is offered as a view into the cuisine of the "Trattoria Garga," which was opened in 1979 by our chef Sharon Oddson and her husband, Giuliano Gargani. With more than 20 years of experience, Sharon teaches with passion the simplicity of the trattoria's cuisine.
