La Cucina Santa Margherita

The center of the "casa colonica" was, of course, the "cucina" (kitchen), which is where our cooking classes will be staged. This rustic kitchen is characteristic with its high, beamed ceilings and walk-in fireplace. The property is enhanced by an outdoor brick-oven and swimming pool.

With the seasonal eatables available such as wild radicchio, fennel, wild asparagus, wood mushrooms, local cheeses, oils and wines, one can work magic here.  more >>>
